A good process produces good results
We at Airbyte take great pride in our processes, we continuously adapt, change and improve these in all aspects of our business. We actively encourage and expect ‘challenge’ from each team member. Pangea’s independent verification process is thorough and not for those that aren’t fully invested in being transparent and aligned with Pangea’s mission.
The verification process started with an organisational mapping where we deep-dived on topics such as business strategy, culture, technology, recruitment & HR, project metrics and more. The next stage was really exciting as we received feedback, insights and testimonials from our external partners and most importantly our internal team.
For the client insights, we had 60% of our current client list get back to us within 72 hours to offer input of their experience with Airbyte. We are thrilled with this love and it is one of the reasons why we do what we do!
Alongside getting this feedback from clients, we outlined our internal processes and received a ‘time vibe’ check. With a quick 5 minute survey (which can be anonymous) we gained amazing data around rapport, culture, satisfaction, personal growth, advocacy and recognition. Below we can dig into what these results look like.
Airbyte feels the love - key learnings and findings
The Pangea platform is all about thoroughly vetted, highly expertised talent with amazing teams. Many of which are further along the journey than Airbyte and this means that we have to do everything we can to smash the day to day.
Out of 10 the Pangea community team health score is 8.2 and we can proudly say that ours came in at 9.4. In addition, our participation rate from our team was 7% above the average. Team health is measured by 8 in-depth metrics and our standout metrics are 9.5 for peer rapport and 9.5 for well-being.

We found that we scored very well in all 8 metrics, however, as we have found with all of our internal processes, we embody constant improvement and with this in mind our lowest score was personal growth. With a small team this can be a challenge, we therefore will schedule in 1-to-1 sessions to align KPIs not just for inside work lives, but also for personal growth in and out of a working environment.
At Airbyte, James and Luke will be on pretty much every call and strive to find out how improvement can be made and listen to clients at every opportunity. We are very glad to say that we yielded a score of 9.0 out of 10. With a community average of 8.6, showcasing the quality of the community that we are now within.
Since the inception of Airbyte, we have shouted loudly and proudly about how good our Design team is. Rockstars in UI and UX with a never halting focus on user-focused design. It’s a joy to say that this focus and leadership has resulted in a max score of 10.0 with testimonials of:
